Long Exposure
Long Exposure
For this weeks project we were tasked with the job of creating long exposure pictures. We did this by setting the shutter speed on the cameras very low so that the shutter would stay open for longer. The problem with this is that it allows more light in to the camera so it is important to either have a light filter or to shoot in a darker space, both of which we did. The first day we were just experimenting with different methods and different settings on the camera, and on the second day we focused on more specific details. This project involved a lot of trail and error in order to figure out what pictures would work well and which ones wouldn't.
