Spring Portfolio  This is our final project for the year, and this post highlights some of my favorite pictures from this past project, which was to shoot miniature toy figures. In the last post I focus mostly on black and white pictures as I thought that they came out better and overall, looked more cohesive. This week 8 out of 9 of my pictures are still in black and white, with one exception. I also had three very similar pictures, however two of them represent different ideas and I couldn't decide which one to post, so I posted all of them. 

Spring Final  This is our final week working on this project, and this week I wanted to try something new, which was to put my pictures in Black and White. The black and white makes the characters look less toy like and make them look more cohesive. This week I also tried some new toys and shot in different settings, most of these were shot in the macro setting.

Continuing our work from last week we kept working on our miniatures project. This week I tried to focus a little more on telling a story and using the same editing strategies as last week. I did not find myself having too many issues with this batch of photos.

This is our spring project, for this assignment we were tasked with the job of telling a story with mini toy figurines, with out making it obvious that they are toys. Because this was the first week I dont have any real method, I have just been playing around with different settings and using what ever works best.
